We’re bringing something new to The Hour Glass with Francis “The Wine Knight” an evening dedicated to two of New Zealand’s most loved wines.
You’ll taste six standout wines – three Chardonnays and three Pinot Noirs from Hawke’s Bay, Central Otago, Marlborough and Martinborough, discovering just how much the region can change what ends up in your glass.
And because good wine deserves good food, we’ll be serving tapas-style dishes throughout the evening, selected to complement the wines.
